We are pleased to offer the following candidate(s) for your approval as members of the board of directors of Grace Financial for a three-year term effective January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028.
The members of the board of directors of Grace Financial serve as volunteers, with no compensation other than reimbursement of reasonable expenses related to their attendance at semi-annual board meetings. We are very grateful for their combined years of experience in business and ministry, and for their significant contribution to the success of our mission.

Election of Members to the Board of Directors
Individual corporation members affiliated with the Charis Fellowship may cast one vote for each candidate. Couples may cast one vote each.
Board of Directors Nominees:
Keith A. Michael
Keith graduated from West Virginia University with a BS in Business Administration, with a concentration in marketing and a minor in communications. Keith works for the Department of Veterans Affairs as a Senior Level Program Manager, and serves as a Medical Administration Officer at the 167th Air Wing in the West Virginia Air National Guard. Keith is a member of Bridge Church in Martinsburg, WV, and serves as Vice Moderator on the church board. He is married to Jessica Michael and has three energetic children: Morgan, Reed, and Cordell.
