2025 Board Ballot
We are pleased to offer the following candidate(s) for your approval as members of the board of directors of Grace Financial for a three-year term effective January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2027.
The members of the board of directors of Grace Financial serve as volunteers, with no compensation other than reimbursement of reasonable expenses related to their attendance at semi-annual board meetings. We are very grateful for their combined years of experience in business and ministry, and for their significant contribution to the success of our mission.

Election of Members to the Board of Directors
Individual corporation members affiliated with the Charis Fellowship may cast one vote for each candidate. Couples may cast one vote each.
Board of Directors Nominees:
Ted Adomanis
Ted is a retired Certified Public Accountant with over 40 years of accounting experience. Additionally, Ted accumulated 28 years of technical and management experience in various federal agencies.
Ted has served in leadership in local civic and community associations and is an active board member and elder in his church. Ted has always had a keen interest in church planting through the efforts of Grace Financial. He and his wife, Elise, serve on staff with Assist Church eXpansion and work with the church-planting ministry of Grace Fellowship Canada. Ted is a graduate of Bowie State University with a B.S. degree in Accounting and holds a Masters in Ministry from Grace Theological Seminary. He and Elise have two married sons and five grandchildren.
Jim (Augy) Augspurger
Jim “Augy” is married to Linda and has two grown children, Ellen, and Adam, who is married to Kelly. Augy and Linda have three grandchildren. He attended Otterbein College in Westerville, OH, before completing his Doctor of Dentistry degree at the Ohio State University. After a dental residency at Denver General Hospital, he returned to Westerville to set up practice and made a commitment to Christ through a Bible study in 1976.
Through his position as Executive Pastor of Grace Polaris Church (retired as of June 2023), Augy has experienced firsthand the benefit of Grace Financial loans. He desires congregations whose ministries are expanding to turn to Grace Financial to partner with them to fulfill the “Great Commission.”
